Yoga is a science of health and personal growth that balances body, mind, and spirit, originating more than 5,000 years ago, which today helps us embody more light and therefore radiate more inner beauty. My classes welcome each individual, at any level, and move toward freeing the body, through active asana (posture) practice, therapeutic healing applications, breath awareness and restorative relaxation poses. By practicing together, we enable our highest potential, connect deeper within ourselves, and honor the sacred connections of life.
