Lodging is an additional expense and must be booked separately with The Monhegan House (207-594-7983) a way to allow flexibility in the pricing and is required as part of the registration process.  Single, Double and Suite rooms are available and may be booked as single occupancy or shared with a friend(s) for a modest fee.  See the following special rate schedule:


    Meadow view double, 1 bed: 

Single Occupancy, $109.00 per night

           Ocean view double, 1 queen bed: 

Single Occupancy, $123.00

    Ocean view corner double with 1 or multiple beds:

Traveling to Monhegan Island

Ferry service from Port Clyde, ME to Monhegan Island, ME will be booked in your name for the 3:00 boat.  

Please schedule your flights to arrive before 10am on September 17th and depart after 5pm on September 23th. 


Travel Insurance

Because all deposits and payments are non-refundable, travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.  Purchasing coverage is encouraged in the case of cancellations due to weather, illness, cancellation of trip, or any unforeseen circumstances.  Visit or call 800-873-9855 to learn more about coverage premiums.


Special Needs

Special food requirements can almost always be accommodated with advance notice. Please indicate on the registration in the space provided any special food needs such as food allergies or requirements. 

Registration Policy

Registration is online, see right sidebar of this webpage for link to registration form. 

Deposit will be charged at time of registration via the Paypal payment button provided on the registration form.  Deposits are non-refundable.  You will be invoiced for the remaining balance due by August 1, 2017.  A Paypal link will be provided on the invoice for convenient payment.  If payment is not received by the due date your place will be offered to the waiting list. 

Rooms are booked directly by attendees with The Monhegan House at a special retreat rate.  The policies of the Monhegan House apply to room reservations.

Registration is on a first-come first-served basis.  If the retreat is full your name will be placed on a waiting list.  No deposit will be required until space becomes available.  


Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your deposit will not be returned.  Payments for the full balance are non-refundable.   If payment for the balance due is not received by the due date, August 1, 2017 your registration will be considered cancelled unless arrangements have been made in advance and approved by Knitting & Yoga Adventures, Inc.
