Suzanne Lynch

| Suzanne has studied yoga for 17 years and brings enthusiasm and love to her inspiring and playful classes. She is an Anusara-Inspired teacher and has trained in both Iyangar and Ashtanga, as well as Kripalu Yoga. In 2003 she began her study of Anusara Yoga and has since trained extensively with it's founder, John Friend. Suzanne's teaching is informed by her interest in yoga therapeutics as well as her 12 year practice of meditation and Centering Prayer. She is a hospital chaplain and received her certification from the Nation Association of Catholic Chaplains in 2001. |

| Lisa B. Evans is a landscape architect, devoted knitter, and mother of three. She has designed for the needlecraft industry for more than 16 years, and started her own business, LB Evans Handknits, in 2001 with an innovative line of knitted handbags, backpacks, and totes and can be found in knitting stores across the country. Lisa is a design consultant for Westminster Fibers and recently co-authored her first book, Hip Graphic Knits (Rockport, 2006). She specializes in color knitting and her designs have been featured in Interweave Knits Magazine. She leads knitting workshops and retreats, and assists the handwork instructors at the Merriconeag Waldorf School in Freeport, Maine. |

Susan Mills

Susan is an accomplished knitwear designer who brings with her a great creative talent. With a background in mathematics, she has developed an amazing technical knowledge of knitting and garment design which enables her to create beautiful knitted garments for the entire family, many of which include intricate stitch patterns. Currently, Susan is the Creative Director for Nashua Handknits where she develops and markets new yarns along with the seasonal pattern collections. Over the course of her career she has designed for many publications such as Vogue International, Knitters Magazine, Interweave Knits, as well as Classic Elite Yarns. She was Director of Design for JCA, Inc. which included Reynolds, Artful Yarns, and Adrienne Vittadini Yarns. She co-edited The Best of Lopi (2002, XRX Books), and is included in the well-known book, Knitting The New Classics (1998, Sterling). Susan lives in Townsend, MA with her daughter, who is also a knitter.

Mary Alice Goering, LMT

| Mary Alice is a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist. She is a member of the Maine Sports Massage Team, the Boston Marathon Massage Team since 1993, as well as the Olympic Sports Massage Teams for both 2002 in Salt Lake City, UT and 2004 in Athens, Greece. Mary Alice maintains a private practice in Portland, ME specializing in CORE myofascial/sports massage therapy, orthopedic and Swedish massage.
