The cost for the New Mexico Adventure retreat is $2035 for a double room, $2625 single occupancy and does not include airfare, but does include a round trip from Albuquerque airport to Ojo Caliente and back.
We encourage all participants to join Rowan International (www.knitrowan.com) to receive a significant discount. (Current Rowan members price for a double is $1935, single: $2485.) Additionally, Rowan members who pay in full by December 20 will receive an Early Bird price of $1850 for a double room or $2375 for a single room.
A $500 deposit will reserve your space. Balance due by February 14.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and we recommend you protect your investment with travel insurance. We suggest www.travelsecure.com or call 800-873-9855. Upon registration, we will send you a New Mexico packet that includes information on traveling to Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa, what to expect and what to pack.
Rooms
We will reside in the mission-style adobe Historic Hotel built in 1916 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. There are modern conveniences, and most bedrooms have their own lavatories but showers are located in the bath house. We have a limited number of single room, so register early if you are interested in this option.

Traveling Ojo Caliente, New Mexico
We recommend that you purchase flight tickets to Albuquerque. Use websites such as Kayak or Expedia to search for the best deals on flights and car rentals.
Driving directions to Ojo Caliente:
From Albuquerque Sunport:
From the airport, take I-25 north to 84/285 north. When you get close to Santa Fe, you'll have the option to continue through Santa Fe on 84/285 or take the bypass (599). If you don't want to stop in Santa Fe, take the bypass. Continue north into Espanola (599 will take you right back to 84/285 once you pass Santa Fe). Once in Espanola, turn left at the Dandy Burger, go over the bridge and then right onto 84/285. About 6 miles out, you'll see a Chevron Station on the right. Just past this is 285 north (84 continues into Abiquiu and Chama). Turn right onto 285 north and 16 miles later you'll hit Ojo Caliente. Take a left at 414 (the Ojo road) and we're a quarter mile in, at the end of the road.
From Santa Fe:
From St Francis Drive (US 84/285) and Alamo Drive in Santa Fe, drive north 23 miles to Espanola's Desert Storm Memorial Hwy (at the Dandy's Burger) and turn left. Drive 1/2 mile over the bridge to the Chama Hwy US 84/285. Turn right at the traffic light. Continue west 8 miles to US Hwy 285 north. Turn right onto US 285 (at the Chevron station). Proceed 18 miles to the intersection of Road 414 and US 285 in Ojo Caliente. Turn left onto 414. We are 1/4 mile west at the end of the road.
From Taos:
Take Route 64 West to Tres Piedras and turn left at the blinking light. Continue South on Route 285 until your reach Ojo Caliente. We are about an hour North of Santa Fe and an hour South West of Taos at Junction 414.
From Colorado:
Take Route 285 South from Alamosa.
