All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Payment in full must be received by July 15, 2010 or space will not be guaranteed. Shareable rooms and suites are limited; please register early to insure availability. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. Purchasing coverage is encouraged in the case of cancellations due to weather, illness, cancellation of trip, or any unforeseen circumstances. Registration To register for the 5th Annual Monhegan Island Adventure, download and complete the registration form and return electronically by email. An invoice will be emailed to you with a secure link to Paypal.com for payment with any credit card or check. The registration form may also be printed and returned via mail with a personal check. Box 1215 Portland, ME 04104 Spaces are limited and fill quickly, so please email or call us to confirm space availability for the Monhegan Island Adventure prior to registering (see phone number & email address on registration form). Transportation Option Round trip transportation from Portland, Maine to Port Clyde, Maine is available for those flying into the Portland International Jetport or those who would prefer not to drive. Van service will be arranged for the group and will depart from the Portland Jetport no later than noon on Sunday, September 12th. Fee, to be determined, depends upon the number of participants, will be arranged in August and will include a light lunch. If traveling with us by van, please arrange your arrival prior to 12:00pm, Sunday September 12th and departure after 4:00pm, Saturday September 18th. Included in the Cost of the Retreat 6 nights at the Monhegan House 6 full breakfasts 4 evening meals, including a traditional Maine Lobster dinner 2 daily yoga sessions 1 daily knitting workshop 1 hour long massage Daily guided island walks Round trip transportation from Port Clyde to Monhegan* 1 mid-day boat excursion around Monhegan Island, weather permitting *a ferry ticket will be purchased in your name for the September 12th, 3 pm boat. Travel Arrangements The Portland International Jetport (PWM) is serviced by several major airlines and regional jet service as well as Amtrak. Long term parking is available for those wishing to leave their car in Portland and take the optional van transportation (see above). Arrival at the Jetport must be in plenty of time for a noon departure for Port Clyde. We will be taking the Monhegan Boat line to Monhegan Island which departs from Port Clyde at 3:00pm Sunday September 12th. Long term parking is available in Port Clyde at a rate of $4/day. Arrival at the dock by 2:30 at the latest is required in order to receive your ticket from a K&YA representative, have your luggage loaded and board the ferry. There are several lodging options are available in Port Clyde should you need to arrive the day before. If you chose to take the boat to Monhegan Island at a time other than the prearranged time, you will be responsible for purchasing your own boat ticket at an additional cost. Special Event: TBA |

Your space will be considered filled when we receive your Registration Form and deposit.
