Deposit, due at time of registration: $250

Our weekend begins on Thursday, November 1st @ 4:00pm

and ends on Sunday, November 4th @ 2:00pm

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Lodging

Lodging is an additional expense and must be booked separately with The Quechee Inn at Marshland Farms as a way to allow flexibility in the pricing and is required as part of the registration process.  Standard, Deluxe and Suite rooms are available and may be booked as single occupancy or shared with a friend(s) for a modest fee.  See the following special rate schedule:

             Standard Rooms: (6) Single Occupancy - $100.00 per night plus 9% lodging tax
                                                     Double Occupancy - $108.00
             Deluxe Rooms: (16) Single Occupancy - $145.00 per night plus 9% lodging tax
                                                     Double Occupancy - $155.00
             Suite: (3) Single Occupancy - $160.00 per night plus 9% lodging tax
                                                     Double Occupancy - $168.00

*A full breakfast is included 8:00am – 10:00am*
Additional persons will incur a $25.00 per person charge per night.

Travel Insurance

Registration

To register for the 1st Annual K&YA Vermont Adventure, download and complete the registration form online or return via  US mail to the address shown below.   A deposit must be made upon registration and may be paid through a secure link to Paypal.com provided with your online registration or by check if registration is by mail.   A Paypal account is not required for this service and all credit cards or personal checks may be used.  An invoice/receipt will be returned to you.
